a. The My Bahikhata application is designed to assist with ledger management. It provides tools for tracking financial transactions and maintaining records.
b. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service, including the accuracy and legality of any data you input into the application.
c. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
d. Opmac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Opmac Business Solutions Private Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign jurisdictions. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Haryana], India.
